Beachside Breakers Safari: A Coastal Family Holiday

This lovely coastal exploration around South Africa has us adventuring to a safari destination in KwaZulu Natal, combined with some beachside holiday time in Cape Town...

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL
After an overnight flight we arrive early in the morning in Johannesburg and catch our connecting flight to Phinda Game Reserve.

DAYS 2 to 5 - KWAZULU NATAL
A warm and friendly welcome awaits families with children in KwaZulu Natal. This area is home to an abundance of wildlife, from the large cats and Big 5 mammals to the smallest antelope and the adventures of the turtles nesting and hatching on the beach, so there is much for your family to explore and learn from in this coastal setting.

DAYS 5 to 9 - CAPE TOWN
We will arrive in Cape Town after a morning flight and be transferred to the magnificent Twelve Apostles Hotel. Our days in Cape Town will be action-packed, seeing as there is so much to see in this beautiful city, voted the number 1 city to visit in the world in 2014. It is best to visit it at this time of year, when we should have pleasant, long, warm summer days, clear blue skies, and some of the cleanest beaches anywhere. Days will be spent outdoors on the beach or at the Twelve Apostles pool, or exploring the great number of outdoor activities for families in this friendly city.

DAY 9 - FLIGHTS HOME
After an adventurous family vacation, we will make our way back up to Johannesburg in the morning and catch our connecting flight home, arriving on the 10th day.
